Participation is only under regulated terms: via the official Offering Documents on Stobox Compass, for qualified non-US investors, where permitted. The separate, concurrent Reg D 506(c) offering of Stobox equity for US accredited investors runs through a FINRA-registered broker-dealer under its own documents.

Is STBX the same as STBU?+
No. STBU is a utility token used to access the platform — not a security. STBX is a security representing equity. They are distinct instruments with different rules. An opt-in rewards program connects STBU holders to STBX, where eligible.
Who can invest in STBX?+
Qualified investors and professional clients (and equivalent categories) located outside the United States, where permitted. The offering is a private placement by the issuer, relying on available small-offering and private-placement exemptions, with KYC/KYB verification and an on-chain whitelist — the live offering is at stbx.stobox.io.
