Stobox has spent eight years turning private companies and real assets into structured, fundable, tokenizable securities – quietly, compliantly, and without ever taking custody or a cut of a raise. Stobox is not a broker-dealer, investment adviser, custodian or law firm. Flat fees, never a percentage of the raise.
Our mission
Make ownership of any real asset as easy to issue, hold and transfer as a message – for people and for the software acting on their behalf – within the law, not around it.
Capital markets still run on paper, intermediaries and reconciliation. We replace the plumbing, not the rules. The hard part was never the token: it was getting the record and the structure right first.

Before “RWA” was an acronym, Gene Deyev founded Stobox to build the legal and technical rails to issue real assets on-chain.

Compliance is a feature, not a footnote
We encode the rules into the asset and route regulated activity through licensed partners. We never pretend securities law does not apply.
You hold your keys
Stobox is non-custodial – never in the flow of funds, never holding your assets. Self-custody is the default, not an upgrade.
No percentage of your raise
Flat technology fees only. Any success fee on capital raised runs through the licensed broker-dealer – never us.
Standards over lock-in
We build on open, finalized standards like ERC-7943 so issuers are never trapped in a proprietary format.
Readable by machines, by default
Every fact about an asset carries its source document. Every rule sits inside the instrument, where software can check it. Every record can be queried through open interfaces – MCP, structured data, public standards – not only read as a PDF.
Software acts inside mandates, people stay accountable
Machine access is read-only by default. Anything that moves value happens only under an explicit, bounded mandate: allowlist, caps, expiry, a kill switch. Behind every agent there is a named legal entity.
